All driveways and parking lots will be cleaned and prepped prior to application of sealcoating. Grass and weeds removed. Cracks in asphalt will be repaired with Hot Crack filler and topped in anti-skid material. Once the cracks are repaired your driveway will be trimmed in to protect from overspray. Once trimming is complete your driveway

Cracks in asphalt will be repaired with Hot Crack filler and topped in anti-skid material. Once the cracks are repaired your driveway will be trimmed in to protect from overspray. Once trimming is complete your driveway or parking lot will be sprayed with a mixer of coal tar, water, sand for non skid surface and curing additives. This process varies on the size of area needed to be covered. Once area is sprayed it will need approximately 36-48 hours to allow traffic. Should your parking lot need to have lines striped this will take place 48 hours after sealcoating is completed.

We will keep in touch through the whole process. Our treatment is quick and painless. Once you contact Guardian to have your driveway or parking lot sealcoating, we spring into action. We will arrive to provide our FREE ESTIMATE. Once our estimate is approved by the property owner we will schedule you to have the hot crack filling and pre
We will keep in touch through the whole process. Our treatment is quick and painless. Once you contact Guardian to have your driveway or parking lot sealcoating, we spring into action. We will arrive to provide our FREE ESTIMATE. Once our estimate is approved by the property owner we will schedule you to have the hot crack filling and prep work completed. We will then come either the day or or schedule you a day to have sealcoating applied. Once we complete the sealcoating we will barricade your driveway or parking lot. 8 hours after application we will come back and check the progress of the property. We will then come back 36 hours later and remove all barricades. We will then request we place an advertising sign at your location. Should you need line striping we will have our 3rd party contractor come and apply your line striping. The surface will continue to "CURE" over the next 5-10 days and will darken even deeper.
